I am a resident of a property that SBS manages. The entrance to our subdivision in Delaware County has weeds knee high. The beds have not been edged or mulched to the best of my knowledge all summer. SBS management is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The property manager susan does not know how communicate properly. Due to their own budgeting errors, all condos within the association are paying a 1 time fee of 400-610 dollars on top of the monthly association fee to fix their mistake. Again. The WORST COMPANY IVE DEALT WITH

As someone who came from a building with a horribly unprofessional management company, dealing with SBS has been a breath of fresh air. Our rep, Daniel, is awesome and always available when needed. He's even proactively suggested maintenance in advance of upcoming issues/weather. You guys have been great to work with!

In July 2022 I contacted Code Enforcement to determine who repairs my steps at one of the condominium properties SBS manages.After sending Code Enforcement the correct Phase II ByLaws it was determined the Association was responsible. The Property Manager was adamant I was responsible as to the determination from their attorneys. So I was fined 2 work orders and fined for her time dealing with Code Enforcement. Then she sends me pages from the ByLaws with highlighted notes. Then after doing some comparing of Volume numbers from the County Recorders Office SBS was using the Phase I ByLaws which are worded differently than Phase II. The Property Manager was made aware of this but has done nothing about the charges. I am assuming the previous Property Manager used the Phase I ByLaws also. That is how the present Property Manager got the copies of the incorrect ByLaws. SBS is responsible for the mistakes their employees make. As of today I filed with the Better Business Bureau. We will see what happens next.
